A hammer throwing clinic will take place on Sunday February 15th in Santry at 12 O’ Clock. Former Olympian Paddy Mc Grath from the US will demonstrate the technique and drills. Cost is €10.

National Squad Coaching Days
There will be a two day hammer throws squad in Tullamore on Friday and Saturday the 20th and 21st February from 10-4pm.

Javelin Clinic
Dan Kennedy will hold two javelin clinics on 7th and 14th February. These clinics are intended for experienced javelin throwers and coaches. The session on the 7th February will take place in Tullamore from 10.30am to 3pm and the session on the 14th will take place in Santry from 3-6pm.
