Come and join us once again for our 5 & 10K road run that has proven to be popular since its inception 2 years ago, the 10K is a challenging run with some good hills to give any competitor a rewarding run! The 5K is a good flat which gives the more speed orientated runners a great outing. Registration is on the day itself at Emmet Og Clubhouse between 10am and 11am. €15 per runner/€10 per walker/€5 per juvenile (U 16).
