For just €10 (€15 after 5th February) you get entry to a well established race with AAI permit and officially measured course. There is a great prize fund (see below). Spot prizes will be awarded randomly throughout the field. At prizegiving everybody can enjoy the legendary Slaney Olympic catering. We guarantee you will not go home hungry!
The race starts from Clonhaston, Enniscorthy at 12 noon on 8th February. You pick up your race pack at Shamrocks GAA Club which will be signposted from all main approaches to the town. There will be limited entry on the day (€15) up to 11am but with entries coming in thick and fast you should enter now to make sure you get a hat!
There is a first prize of €250 for both men and women and also a €250 course record bonus (Men 29.35; Women 32.52). Second man and woman, €150; 3rd €100; 4th €75; 5th €50. €200 for first men’s and women’s teams of four and €100 for second teams. Prize of €40 for first Under 20, and over 40, 50, 60 and 70.
