The Windmill Run, Garristown, has become a popular event in the running calendar. 2015 will be the third year of this successful event. This is an attractive and challenging hilly road run with plenty of views to enjoy, including the historic landmark windmill. Two charities will benefit from this year’s run. The run will be chipped for all entrants. Online entrants are guaranteed a t-shirt on finishing (sizes to be specified when registering). Prizes will be awarded in 10k and 5k categories as well as spot prizes on the day. Refreshments, including soup & rolls, sandwiches, tea/coffee available in the Community Centre after the event.
