The Carers Association are once again hosting their 10k run in Kilkenny City on the May Bank Holiday Monday at 12 noon from the Aspect Hotel. The event will have a new dimension this year as we have introduced a 5k route by popular demand. This route will start at the same point and is a flat course very suitable for athletes who are looking for P.B’s while also ideal for walkers. N.B. The 10k route only will be time chipped.
