IMRA website by Tony Kiernan This Saturday 27th Sept sees the revival of the Lug Relay, last run in 2000. The pre-entry is now closed with 15 teams entered.
To reiterate the Mandatory Equipment that all runners must carry, this will be checked by the Leg starting marshals and a ?No Cap No Swim? policy will be enforced for safety reasons.
Each runner must carry the following :
Map
Compass
Whistle
Mobile Phone with IMRA emergency number & Race director number keyed-in (tbc)
1lt of water / energy bar / energy gel
Rain jacket & a lightweight hat.
