www.womeninsport.ie Would you like to continue running with the added incentive of a league to participate in, which caters for all levels? One where you can run as an individual or with your colleagues as a team?
The Business Houses Athletic Association (BHAA) is a work place athletic association. The BHAA was founded in 1979 following a small intercompany race in Swords, Co Dublin. It set up and still retains branches in Dublin and Cork. It is the acknowledged organisation body for corporate athletics in Ireland.

It facilitates work colleagues taking part as individuals and as teams in series of organised races in Dublin region.

The BHAA welcomes all runners, club-members, non-club members and new members of any gender or background. The BHAA, though its members companies, organise a series of regular and properly managed races in the Dublin city and surrounds that cater for all standards.

People can enter as individuals and/or as part of a team from their work place and there is also a winter and summer league. Needless to remark, the races contribute to a fit and healthy lifestyle. We at the BHAA feel it is especially pertinent in today’s world, to promote Athletics, especially within the work place. Indeed, just this month we had over 100 race entrants from our government health agency, the HSE. For more information check out the newly revamped website www.bhaa.ie
