2008 Loughrea AC seminar details
Seminar september 27th 6pm (Day before road race)
The title of this seminar is “Success in middle and long distance running”. It will be chaired by irish times sports columinist Ian O ‘Riordan and includes many distinguished guests among :

Pauline Curley
Other guests will be added to this list as the race approaches. The guests will each speak on a running related topic followed by an open forum involving a question and answer session. As part of their 40th anniversary celebrations the seminar will be open to the public free of charge.
