The Carlow 5K in aid of Enable Ireland will take place on 2 March 2014. This is the perfect occasion to
get all the family moving this Spring, especially if you’re on the Operation Transformation trail!
The flat, quiet course which begins and ends at Carlow Hurling Club is ideal for all from seasoned
athletes seeking a Personal Best to the Operation Transformation beginner and even strollers with
buggies and doggies.
Run starts from 11am with registration open on the day from 10am.
Prizes for first male and female and plenty of spot prizes! Refreshments afterwards in Carlow Hurling
Club. Large car park available.
