The Deer Park Hotel Golf and Spa and healthpro: Nutrition and Exercise Specialists are proud to host the 5th Annual Howth Peninsula Family Fun Walk / Run “Taking Action on Cancer” on the 10th November 2013. Over the past five years this event has encouraged families and friends of Howth Community to come together to increase their fitness in the effort to reduce their risk factors in developing cancer. The Irish Cancer Society gratefully receives all proceeds raised during this event. This event will begin at 12 noon for walkers and 1pm for runners. All runners must register at https://www.runireland.com/active/all-events. This event is suitable for everybody including prams and dogs on leash. Everybody will enjoy the beautiful scenery of Howth and will celebrate afterwards at the Deer Park Hotel Golf and Spa with light refreshments and spot prizes. Entries close for runners on Friday 7th November 2013 at 12 noon.
