Thrive Marketplace 

Indulge in the Thrive marketplace and all of the goods that the vendors have to offer. Proudly supporting Irish brands such as Trendy & Bendy who will be hosting a Fitness/Fashion workshop with Rosalind Lipsett on hosting duties. The Thrive restaurant on level one offers a range of delicious food such as Olea, Shoots & Roots, My Goodness Food and Lolly & Cooks.

 

Speakers at Thrive 

We are ecstatic to host talks from a number of Ireland’s top influencers and experts at Thrive. Boom cycle is set to make a debut this year, London’s most dynamic spin class is a completely new spinning experience. Find out just why UN1T has expanded from its London base to have studios in Munich, Qatar and Kuwait. UN1T sessions requires you to work as a team creating a new workout experience and try it with your friends. Kobox classes were packed out last year so make sure not to miss out this year.  

 

Yoga at Thrive  

Slow it down and relax with yoga at the Thrive festival. Thrive offers a unique chance to take classes from Ireland’s top yoga instructors. Join in yoga classes to learn how to manage your spinal health and back pain with Michael Ryan who is Michael D Higgins yoga instructor! Deirdre Murphy will show you just how to master a headstand. With over 64 yoga classes over the weekend, attendees won’t be short of a class to join in on.
