2 races available to take part in .72K Adventure race made up of Cycling, Running, Hiking and kayaking . Option to enter relay teams, or take part in the Mini race made up of 10k cycling and 10 k running. Race starts in Kilmallock and goes to the Ballyhoura Mountains trails where you will hike to the highest point of Ballyhoura ( Seefin) You will then cycle to Lough Gur to Kayak across the lake and complete the race with a cycle back to Kilmallock and a run through the town. email info@hhar.ie for details .
