The race starts at 11am in Ballinaboola woods part of the Ballyhoura region, between Ardpatrick and Ballyhea. Directions will be on route from Cork and Limerick. The map is also available on the Facebook page. Original date of 17th of November had to be changed. Entry is €20.00 payable on the morning of the race, but pre registration is available online and you need to be at the woods between 9 & 11 am www.hhar.ie/registration.
