Shannon Gaels and Siamsa 10km run and 5km walk is on Sunday 21st October at 2pm starting at Mulligans shop at Cortober, Carrick-On-Shannon with refreshment and spot prizes in Glancys Bar afterwards.
Cost of entry is €10. Also anyone who brings in €20 or more on a sponsorship card enters for free.
