This event is taking place in Ballydangan in Co. Roscommon starting at Millars pub.
You can walk, run or cycle the route. If you choose to walk or run the route it is 10km, if you are cycling it, then it is 23km. You also have the option of doing a duathlon, this will consist of the 10km run and then the 23km cycle.
You simply pay a fee on the day or in advance.
All proceeds raised are going directly to Crumlin Childrens Hospital.
