REGISTRATION OPEN ON RACE DAY UNTIL 12:30 MID DAY
Drumbaragh GFC pleased to open their AAI sanctioned,The Spire 5km Run to entries , we are running this race in conjunction with Pieta House Suicide Prevention and Awareness. The run is an out and back course the mid point being the historic Spire of Llyod inland light house. Every runner will recieve post race refreshments and all who complete the run/walk will recieve a medal. There are t-shirts for the first 100 online entries. There are cash prizes for 1st 2nd male and female runners home in both the seniors & vets. Winners will recieve €100 and commisioned prize, 2nd cash& commisioned silverware, 3rd cash & commisioned silverware in Seniors. Vets winners will recieve €50 and commisioned prize, 2nd cash & commisioned silverware, 3rd cash & commisioned prize.
Juniors(u16) prize will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd will recieve commisoned silverware.
. Entry is €10 for juniors and €20 for seniors & vets. The race will start at Drumbaragh, Kells Co. Meath. Which is easily accessed for the M3 and just 4km from the historic town of Kells. Race starts at 1pm sharp!
