The Juice Plus 10k Dawn Run, takes place June 23rd, start of race will be 6am
Meeting point will be at Pairc Sean G.A.A grounds, opposite Tesco, on the Dublin rd, Carrick On Shannon. Loads of parking spaces at pitch parking ground.
Dressing rooms for men and women, also there will be a large area allocated for peoples baggage, personal belongings. This area will be tightly secured on the day!
Registration will be from 5am until 5.45am on the morning of event.
Registration online/runireland closes on thursday 21st June at 17 00hrs

.This will enable people to turn up just before 6am on the morning of event with your number on, and be ready to start race…
hot showers, light breakfast, spot prize post event.
100 euro for first man and woman to finish, also prizes for 2nd and third man and woman to finish
This is our second year to host this event, it is a beautiful run,
The race starts at the Gael scoil, castlecarra road (side of gaa pitch)
The first 5 k running through some lovely country roads with some great scenery, there are two nice hills for those that love the challenge!! we are then brought out on the N4 hard shoulder, keeping right, a lovely downhill run back into Carrick,turn right at tesco roundabout, up past mbna, up hill passing community school, turn left at top of hill, turn left at Centra Shop, passing the girls N.S, at roundabout taking second exit and running straight back towards st Mary’s g.a.a carpark, finishing line will be s.t Mary’s g.a.a carpark (not Pairc Sean)
There is a Water stop at 5k and 10k
Route will be well marshelled.
Athletic Ireland permit approved 14/06/12
Walkers also very welcome!!
Times for the first 100 to finish will be recorded.
