Now running with Saucony, her experience as an athlete, a coach and a mum is absolutely outstanding. Feel free to come along and meet Maria and have any of your run training or racing questions answered on Saturday in Amphibian King Oranmore
This meet and greet event is going to beconducted in a friendly informal manner, all running/marathon related questions are welcome from all levels.
However there are a few subjects Maria will cover based on her journey within Athletics.
(1) Nutrition during marathon training and during the event – supplements
(2) Recovery and sleeping, powernaps
(3) Training plans – mileage
(4) Strength training
(5) Preparation for the Olympic qualification
Her wealth of knowledge based around the performances and results she achieve in Ireland and abroad.
