Join us for the Muck It! 10k/5k Muck Run challenge or 5K Walk, in the beautiful grounds of Ballinlough Castle (near Clonmellon, Co. Westmeath)!
We’ve got it all – ditches, ropes, slides, pits, canals, lakes, forests, and of course loads of MUCK! It’s serious fun for all, whether you’ve been running for 20+ years or if "exercise" is only something you watch other people do, you’ll have great craic with us.
Participate as an individual or a team of 4 and enjoy the challenge of a Mucky 5km or 10km of mixed terrain and obstacles,whilst having a great laugh, embracing your inner child and getting very dirty!!
On the day you’ll get one of our limited edition Muck It! T-shirts, your timing chip, race number and lots of goodies to refuel you. Fastest Male /Female and Team prizes up for grabs, so get your friends and family into training!!
