Rás Na Ríochta – Early Bird Registration now Open
This one day adventure race will take place at Cappanalea OEC Saturday 21st July 2012. It consists of three different disciplines Biking; Hill running and Canoeing. There are three race categories to choose from depending on your adventure racing experience.
1. Rás Na Ríochta Road this course covers 35km.
2. The sport course covers 24km.
3. The main course for the more experienced adventure racer covers 47km.
Early bird registration is now open till Monday 13th February. The cost for early bird registration is €55. Cost after this date is €65. Each person who enters will receive a technical t-shirt and a goodie bag, and refreshments after the race. There will be prizes for the first person to finish each course.
