The third Integral Seaside 10 K will take place on Sunday June 30th at 3pm in the picturesque fishing village of Clogherhead, County Louth. With the enormous success of the last two years events, we are delighted to be back bigger and better this year, with the inclusion of our children’s/family Fun Run at 1.00pm. Family fun run must be pre registered with Integral Fitness via email run@ifal.ie stating the number of children in your family.The 10K run is a road race with a scenic seaside view en route. It is a fully licensed event with Athletics Ireland permit pending and the support of the Drogheda & District Athletic Club. We are continuing our fantastic Superhero theme as per last years race and have lots of family activities planned for the day. Live music & DJ on the day! This will be a well organised and heavily stewarded event with the whole family in mind. This is a chipped race and entry fee is €22.00 online with Runireland.com or €27.00 on the day. Entries online close on Wednesday 26th June @ 5pm. There are t-shirts and goody bags for all entrants and medals for all the children who participate. Free car parking available. There are CASH prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd placings in male, female and prizes for veteran category.
