Jog For Jockeys 2014 will take place on 24th August 2014 at the Curragh Racecourse. This event is a 5km or 10km jog/run/walk for anyone willing to participate in a fun day out while supporting a worthy cause for the Injured Jockeys Funds. The 2014 event takes place at the Curragh racecourse. There will be top class horse racing afterwards featuring the Galileo Futurity Stakes. All the family are welcome and it’s for a great cause. Start time for 10k is 11:00am and the 5k runners will begin at 11:20am. The 5k is one loop of the racecourse and is open to Adults & Children. The 10k covers the stunning landscape surrounding the Curragh, and the race course itself. The first race begins at 2.15pm. Free admission for participants with your registered number at the enterance gate. If you are looking for something different than a normal 10k road race, this is the event for you. This is also ideal for pre Season Cross Country Training.
