Refund Policy

All goods and services are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection Act. This regulation ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email.

With online event entry your entry is secured on completion of purchase, and therefore a refund is not possible.
Refunds are not possible for non-participants.
If the event is cancelled the race organiser will contact you

The consumer will also be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to runireland.com strongly recommend that you use some form of Recorded Delivery when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to you in error.

You can always return goods if they are defective/faulty. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage.

We must be notified within 3 working days of any items received defective, damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. Simply return the damaged goods and we will issue a replacement if available or if required by the customer a refund. Where goods are damaged or faulty, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer.
