Based in Glendalough, WAR takes competitors through the valleys and mountain passes of Wicklow on foot, on bike and via kayak.

The start and finish are at the Glendalough Upper lake, with highlights along the way including Poulanass waterfall, Spink mountain, Glenealo Valley, Lough Dan, Lough Tay, Ballinastoe Woods, Djouce Mountain, the Sally Gap, Glenmacnass Waterfall to mention a few!!!
