SUMMARY:Zombie Run\, 6k At The Jungle
DESCRIPTION:Ireland’s original Zombie Run at The Jungle\, challenges participants to complete a daring 6K obstacle trail run while being chased by blood-thirsty\, running Zombies. \nThe Zombie Run returns this year and will take place on Sunday 13th October 2019 \nThis year’s course will be a challenging 6K obstacle run\, complete with various ‘infected zones’ where you will be faced with the task of evading our life stealing zombies. It will also have a disorientating Cornfield Maze to find your way through and lots of painstaking obstacles to conquer such as the exhilarating Giant Water Slide\, the slippery Slip N Slide and many more. As usual\, we will have few other spooky surprises to make it a little more daunting. \nOn the after the adults event we have the kids Zombie Run with a 2km and 6km zombie chasing course.

DESCRIPTION:Sunday 28th we will be holding two races\, 2k for 6-10yrs and 5k for 11-17yrs. \nSunday 28th April – first race starts at 12pm for the aged 6-10yrs 2k race.\nSunday 28th April – first race starts at 1pm for the aged 11-17yrs 5k race.\nRegistration – 45 minutes before your allocated race time.\nLunch for all participants. \nNote: Parents are welcome to come along with their kids and run alongside them to offer support and have a friendly face run with with them. Adults will not be charged to run alongside and do the course with their kids.

SUMMARY:10k RAMPAGE Elite Race
DESCRIPTION:27th – 28th April 2019 will see us host our third “Rampage Weekender” event. Gut busting and unique obstacles\, lashings of mud\, a fantastic and picturesque location\, followed by an awesome after party and camping. \nElite Race Option in 2019 \nFor the Adults Run in 2019\, we have introduced an Elite Run. This will be the first run of the day\, 10am\, for the ultra competitive\, who want to test themselves against the very best. We have 100 spaces available for this Elite Run. Runners will be timed and will have to complete each obstacle. \nThe Elite Race option is £60\, with the extra money being totaled up and handed back out in the form of cash prizes for 1st\, 2nd and 3rd place. The total cash prizes will depend on how many enter the Elite Race. If 100 apply\, this leaves £1000 in the cash pot\, meaning prizes would be as follows: \n1st Place – £500 \n2nd Place – £300 \n3rd Place – £200 \nNow\, there’s an incentive to push yourself through the pain!

We will host the Adult Rampage Run on Saturday 27th April 2019. Many of last years gut busting obstacles will see a return this year\, including the infamous Giant Water Slide\, the challenging Sleive Gallion\, the refreshing Placid Ponds\, the Insane-A-Frame and many other favourites. We will also add a few new surprises to this year’s obstacle line-up\, with more than 60 obstacles planned for 2019!! \nWith lots of adventure style mud runs all across Ireland we are conscious that we need to offer something a little different to stand out from the crowd. We have therefore made our run more than a run and turned it into a weekend getaway that begins with an exhilarating and challenging 5k or 10k adventure run loaded with quality obstacles\, followed by some hot food\, live music and a themed after party where you can rest your tired muscles and unwind with your fellow competitors and friends while enjoying the entertainment well into the night and best of all…. camping! Everybody loves camping! (Over 18’s only for camping)

It will also have a disorientating Cornfield Maze to find your way through and lots of painstaking obstacles to conquer such as the exhilarating Giant Water Slide\, the slippery Slip N Slide and many more. As usual\, we will have few other spooky surprises to make it a little more daunting. \nOn the Sunday we have the kids Zombie Run with a 2km and 6km zombie chasing course. \nIt’s an obstacle run with a fiendish Halloween twist – think Rampage meets The Walking Dead! \nEach runner starts with THREE lives (represented by flags worn about the waist) but\, in addition to the running\, the overcoming of obstacles and the manoeuvering through mud\, runners also face ZOMBIES who will give chase in attempt to steal one of their three lives. \nThe runner’s objective is to make it to the finish line with as many lives as possible intact. \nThe Zombie’s objective\, however\, is to steal your lives\, so when you hear gun shot be prepared to run\, for you only have three lives and the monstrous\, prowling zombies are a determined bunch!
