The course travels through some of the most scenic areas in the region\, including County Wicklow\, home to the Wicklow Mountains National Park and its glacial lakes\, rivers and abundant natural beauty. Athletes will take in stunning coastal views and weave their way through the streets of the charming seaside town for the 13.1-mile (21.1KM) run\, before finishing  with Dún Laoghaire Harbour and Dublin Bay as the backdrop. \nIRONMAN 70.3 Dún Laoghaire offers qualifying slots for the 2020 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Taupo\, New Zealand.

DESCRIPTION:Rock ‘n’ Roll Dublin is the most fun you’ll ever have running. Experience live music along the course and run past some of Dublin’s most famous landmarks like Christ Church Cathedral and the famous Guinness Brewery. Afterwards enjoy our headliner at the finish festival concert. \nOur brand new city centre start line for the Half Marathon will be at Fitzwilliam Square and you will finish back in Phoenix Park. \nOur new 10K course will be fully held in Phoenix Park this year and will finish with the Half Marathoners. \nOn Saturday\, our 5K will also be held fully in the park once again\, so don’t forget to wave to the deer as you pass! \nWe will once again have our Family Fun Run on the Sunday for all the kids who want to earn that bling as well! Mum and Dad can do this too to get that extra bit of bling and cool down after the Half Marathon or 10K. \nTake on our Remix Challenge and earn yourself an extra medal. Run the 5K on Saturday and any distance on Sunday to bag yourself some more bling! That’s 3 medals\, 2 days of running\, 1 weekend!
