Returning for the second year, The Midlands Half Marathon will be held on Sunday 12th of August with a few changes from last year.
- Route Change: Many runners last year really enjoyed the picturesque run around the Rock of Dunamase, so this has been kept, but we have moved the route away from many of the roundabouts and the busy parts of town
- Leisure Centre / Showers / Toilets: The race will now start and finish at the Maldron Hotel in Portlaoise giving access to the leisure centre, foodcourt and toilets, pre & post race
- New 5k Event
