The final stretch takes runners out to Golf Course road\, turning left in the direction of Carrowholly for 600m before turning back into Westport House Estate via Orchard lane\, and finishing at T1. \nTransition will be located in the carpark at the farmyard\, near Gracy’s Bar and Bistro. \nStage 2 – Cycle: Participants will collect their bikes at transition for the 18K cycle which takes cyclists out to Croagh Patrick and back via the coast road. \nStage 3 will be a 1.7k fun run which takes runners from transition out to Golf Course Road for 600m before turning left back into Westport House Estate. Old clothes are advisable as you prepare to be splashed with colour as you head down the final stretch toward the finish line. Relay team runners should aim to pick up the rest of your team en route to run the final 100meters together and cross the line as a team. The finish line will be located near Gracy’s Bar and Bistro. \nRelay Options: \nNot ready to complete the entire duathlon? No problem. Just sign up as part of a 2 or 3-person relay team. Maximum team size is 3 (2 runners\, 1 cyclist).
