We will host the Adult Rampage Run on Saturday 27th April 2019. Many of last years gut busting obstacles will see a return this year\, including the infamous Giant Water Slide\, the challenging Sleive Gallion\, the refreshing Placid Ponds\, the Insane-A-Frame and many other favourites. We will also add a few new surprises to this year’s obstacle line-up\, with more than 60 obstacles planned for 2019!! \nWith lots of adventure style mud runs all across Ireland we are conscious that we need to offer something a little different to stand out from the crowd. We have therefore made our run more than a run and turned it into a weekend getaway that begins with an exhilarating and challenging 5k or 10k adventure run loaded with quality obstacles\, followed by some hot food\, live music and a themed after party where you can rest your tired muscles and unwind with your fellow competitors and friends while enjoying the entertainment well into the night and best of all…. camping!
