DESCRIPTION:Course Description:\nThe tough course of 25+ obstacles covers a 2.5km stretch and\, believe us\, it will test your endurance! \nAid Stations:\nWe will have fully trained medics on the day \nSpectators:\nSpectators are free and will be able to walk along the sidelines of most of the course to cheer on and to take pictures of their kids. \nParking:\nCarpooling is definitely recommended but there will be ample parking on the day. Parking included in registration fee. \nOther:\nWe ask that you do not bring your pets on the day for health and safety reasons.\nBring black bags\, baby wipes/ sponge/ water – there will be washed down facilities available but the items listed are good to have on hand.\nBring warm loose-fitting clothing that you can change into easily afterwards.\nThere will be a valuable drop off for car keys etc but we advise to bring minimal belongings with you. \nTeam:\nTeams are encouraged to enter as we believe its a lot more fun running around and getting muddy with your friends. There is no limit to how many people are on a team all we ask is that you come up with a cool team name and that all the children are in the same age category. DESCRIPTION:The course begins with a 3.5km climb from Lahardane village to the foot of Nephin mountain\, an ascent from Carrowskeheen and descent down by Cloughbrack followed by a 6.5km road run back to the village. Nephin mountain at 806M is even higher than Croagh Patrick. DESCRIPTION:The Good Run is a charity fun run taking place on Good Friday\, 19 April 2019 in the stunning grounds of St. Anne’s Park\, Raheny in Dublin. \nAll proceeds raised from the event will go towards supporting the fight against Motor Neurone Disease. You can choose to run either the 5km or the shorter 2.5km option. \n50% of proceeds will be donated to the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) and50% will be donated to Project MinE (a research programme dedicated to discovering the genetic cause of MND to enable treatment to be developed). \nWalkers\, runners and families are invited to take part and join in the fun while taking in the atmosphere of St Anne’s Park. \nOver €68\,000 has been raised by The Good Run to date thanks to your support!

DESCRIPTION:The Tralee Marathon will take place on the 20th April 2019\, it will be a stand alone 26.2 Mile event. The route will be the original 2013 route (Tralee\, Ardfert\, Fenit\, Spa\, Tralee). The Race Director will be Jim McNeice. \n \n  \nThis is the route for the 2019 Tralee Marathon. The Marathon will start at 9am on the 20th April. It will start outside the Aqua Dome\, heading to Ardfert\, Barrow\, and then onto Fenit\, after which the route heads back to Tralee via the Spa\, the Kerries\, and Blennerville. With the finish line on the Neil Armstrong Way. \n \n  \nThe finish line of the Tralee Marathon is on the Neil Armstrong Way. In 1997 Neil Armstrong made a speech in this area of Tralee\, and as 2019 is the 50th Anniversary of the Moon Landing every finisher of 2019 Tralee Marathon will receive a bespoke designed Moon Landing medal. Come and compete in our annual 10k road race which takes place in Rosslare Strand every year on Easter Monday\, which is 22nd April in 2019. \nYear after year the feedback from all participants and spectators alike is that the Rosslare 10k is a fantastic event. Whether you’re here to win overall or one of our category prizes\, after a 10K PB or just happy to run\, jog\, walk or crawl the course\, all are welcome at the Rosslare 10K. \nThis race is suitable for all racers\, runners\, joggers and walkers! We even have pacers to help you get your PB – every 5 minutes from 45 minutes to 70 minutes catered for. \nHeld in the scenic surroundings of Rosslare Strand\, the Rosslare 10K is a two loop race on a fast course. The race is chip timed\, fully marshalled with water stations provided and refreshments for all athletes after the race. \nThe first 250 entrants will receive Quality Technical tshirts\, which go down a treat every year as is evidenced by the number of them being worn daily around the county! \nThere is a generous prize purse for winning athletes. \n18s and over only due to insurance restrictions. \nThanks to Kelly’s Resort Hotel and Spa for their very generous support of this event. \nThanks everyone!

DESCRIPTION:Head off to the Jungle where you can run RAMPAGE across one of Ireland’s coolest obstacle adventure races. \n27th – 28th April 2019 will see us host our third “Rampage Weekender” event. Gut busting and unique obstacles\, lashings of mud\, a fantastic and picturesque location\, followed by an awesome after party and camping. \nThis year’s promises to be bigger and better. We will host the Adult Rampage Run on Saturday 27th April 2019. Many of last years gut busting obstacles will see a return this year\, including the infamous Giant Water Slide\, the challenging Sleive Gallion\, the refreshing Placid Ponds\, the Insane-A-Frame and many other favourites. We will also add a few new surprises to this year’s obstacle line-up\, with more than 60 obstacles planned for 2019!! \nWith lots of adventure style mud runs all across Ireland we are conscious that we need to offer something a little different to stand out from the crowd. We have therefore made our run more than a run and turned it into a weekend getaway that begins with an exhilarating and challenging 5k or 10k adventure run loaded with quality obstacles\, followed by some hot food\, live music and a themed after party where you can rest your tired muscles and unwind with your fellow competitors and friends while enjoying the entertainment well into the night and best of all…. camping! Everybody loves camping! (Over 18’s only for camping)
