DESCRIPTION:The Barry & Johns backyard ultra\nWill be held at Glencullen within the Dublin mountains Saturday 23rd April 2022 Starting at 10am. \nThis event is a silver medal event and affiliated with the official Backyard ultra USA. \nThe winner will qualify for a position on the all Ireland national team with the opportunity to represent Ireland at the world championships. \nAll participants will receive a very unique official Backyard ultra coin and event T-shirt. \nThe backyard ultra is a form of ultramarathon race where competitors must consecutively run the distance of 6706 meters – 6.706km in less than one hour. \nWhen each lap is completed\, the remaining time within the hour is typically used to recover for the next hour’s race. \n*You don’t have to be fast you need to be last* \nRegister now CLICK HERE
