Combining running\, cycling\, hill running (for the longer course) and a beach obstacle course\, this is a challenging race with a light-hearted spirit. And the entire course boasts strikingly beautiful scenery at every turn. \nBreakdown of Full Race distances: \n\nRun – 5 km\nCycle – 13.6 km\nRun / Climb – 5 km\nDash to finish – 0.5 km (incl. beach obstacle course)\nTotal – 24.10 km\n\nBreakdown of Spirit Race distances: \n\nRun – 5 km\nCycle – 9.5 km\nDash to finish – 0.5 km (incl. beach obstacle course)\nTotal – 15 km\n\nLimited to 120 participants. Pre-registered entry fee includes return ferry fare.
