SUMMARY:Ashbourne St Andrews A.C. 2K\, 5K and 10K Road Race
DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce that our annual Ashbourne St Andrew’s Athletics Club 2K\, 5K and 10K Road Race is now open for registration. \nThe races take place on Sunday 28th April 2019 (10:30 and 11 am starts) \n3 Options to suit all ages & fitness levels:\n2K for under 12’s (starts 10:30am) \n5K for over 12’s (starts 11am) \n10K for over 18’s (starts 11am) \n  \nMedals for all finishers and spot prizes on the day. Starts at Donaghmore Ashbourne GAA Club. Athletics Ireland licenced event and chip timed. Everybody welcome as the emphasis is on a fun day out in a friendly and safe environment. \nThere are a few inclines and declines on the course but nothing too severe! The 10K course consists of 2 loops of the 5K course. DESCRIPTION:  \nWelcome to the Pettitt’s SuperValu Wexford Half Marathon & 10km. Wexford has proven itself over the years as Ireland’s record breaking course. In 2012 a Guinness world record was broken in retro running! Individually people have consistently got PB’s. \nIn 2016: Half marathon 68% PB’ed and 10km 70% PB’ed.                   Wexford has PB potential \nLast year 1\,900 people enjoyed the scenic and fast course. Half marathon also has pacers catering for 1.30/ 1.45 / 2hrs. \nWexford has proven itself a must do race for quality\, friendliness and atmosphere. Parking is easy and the course has plenty of variety starting in the town and taking you around surrounding countryside. \nNew medal with a subtle bottle opener awaits you at the very atmospheric finish line.
