DESCRIPTION:A family of runners that knows what runners want in a race. The Royal Canal Run is on the banks of the Royal Canal Longford.  \nLongford is ideally located in the Midlands with easy access from all over the country. This is a flat fast run and great for a PB. It’s a 5.2 k loop which gives spectators a great view of the runners. \nEvent details and schedule \nSaturday 21st April Ultra Marathon starts 8:30am Full Marathon Walkers or Full Marathon runners Times 5hr+ Early starts 8:30am\nFull Marathon and 10k starts 10:00am\nHalf Marathon starts 11.30am. \nFree parking 150m from Start. Tee shirt and medal for all. Water\, Gels and Jellies on the course. Porto loos on the course and at registration. Lots of tea coffee and goodies after the race. No Showers.
