DESCRIPTION:Rock ‘n’ Roll Dublin is the most fun you’ll ever have running. Experience live music along the course and run past some of Dublin’s most famous landmarks like Christ Church Cathedral and the famous Guinness Brewery. Afterwards enjoy our headliner at the finish festival concert. \nOur brand new city centre start line for the Half Marathon will be at Fitzwilliam Square and you will finish back in Phoenix Park. \nOur new 10K course will be fully held in Phoenix Park this year and will finish with the Half Marathoners. \nOn Saturday\, our 5K will also be held fully in the park once again\, so don’t forget to wave to the deer as you pass! \nWe will once again have our Family Fun Run on the Sunday for all the kids who want to earn that bling as well! Mum and Dad can do this too to get that extra bit of bling and cool down after the Half Marathon or 10K. \nTake on our Remix Challenge and earn yourself an extra medal. Run the 5K on Saturday and any distance on Sunday to bag yourself some more bling! That’s 3 medals\, 2 days of running\, 1 weekend!

DESCRIPTION:Westport Leisure Park is proud to launch the inaugural Westport Half Marathon on Saturday 10th August 2019. \nTaking place in the “the best place to live in Ireland” it promises to be another great event and set against the dramatic backdrop of Croagh Patrick and the spectacular Wild Atlantic Way scenery. \nWhile the landscape may be mountainous\, the course is flat with only slight incline. The start is within walking distance of the town centre and the half marathon is completed by three loops. DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the BRAND NEW Hillsborough Castle & Gardens Running Festival\, including family races\, a 5k\, a 10k\, and a half marathon! Come and run the inaugural event at Hillsborough Castle on Sunday 18th August 2019 and take the opportunity to race around this unique location! \nThese ROAD CLOSED races will start and finish within the beautiful Grounds of Hillsborough Castle\, before heading out onto the surrounding rural roads of Hillsborough and taking in historic attractions in the local area such as Hillsborough Fort and Hillsborough Lake\, and finishing with a lap of the Gardens before crossing the finish line in the event village. Enter online to secure your place! \n*Special Early Bird OFFER* \nThe full and half marathon races will start at 9.20am on August 18th 2019. \nThere is a Cut-off time of 6 hours for the event\, we therefore do not accept walkers in the Full Marathon.  \nCollection of goody bag and t-shirt will be held at Aura Letterkenny Leisure Centre on Saturday August 17th from 2-6pm and on Sunday August 18th from from 7.30-8.30am. \nRunners will receive their number\, race information\, chip and t-shirt at registration. \nChip accurate times will be recorded for half and full marathon times. \nRunners who complete the race will receive a medal\, chip accurate time and goodie bag. \nThere are a limited number of lockers available in Aura Letterkenny Leisure Centre for €1. \n  \nTEAM CHALLENGE CUP\nWe’re giving runners of all levels the opportunity to team up with two friends\, work colleagues\, family members (or whoever!) and pit their fitness levels against rival teams\, all vying to get their hands on the Donegal Marathon Team Challenge Cup.\nSo\, why not join us on Sunday 18th August 2019 for what promises to be a great team building event for businesses and community groups. Participants can also use the event to raise much-needed funds for their chosen charity.
