DESCRIPTION:Quest Kenmare is a one-day multi-adventure sports race which encompasses the amazing mountains of the Beara Peninsula and boutique charm of Kenmare Town. Run\, cycle and kayak across the spectacular mountains and valleys to challenge yourself in 2020. Choose from 3 routes\, there’s one to suit all levels of fitness\, the 79k Expert\, 43K Sport & 28K Challenge. Routes take in Kenmare Bay\, Glengarriff\, The Beara Peninsula and Kenmare town. Quest Kenmare will bring you to places of Ireland you have never been before. Kayaks are provided as part of the entry fee. Participants will receive exclusive custom-made medals as well as a Quest branded piece of clothing. The finish line boasts hot food for all competitors\, the famous Japanese hot tubs as well as a recovery zone. The first of the Quest Adventure Race Series for 2020 it is sure to be very popular with experienced adventure racers as well as those new to the sport. SUMMARY:Runamuck Challenge 2020
DESCRIPTION:The Muckers option is 1 lap of approx 5.5km and typically takes between 28 and 100 minutes to complete and in March 2020 will have over 50 obstacles per lap! \nThe Serious Muckers option is 2 laps (approx 11km) of the course and should take between 60 and 200 minutes to complete\nEach lap will take in many different obstacles and challenges. These will include various bale “jumps”\, climbs and crawls under and over nets\, super slides including into Cooolcarrigan lake\, pontoon bridges\, tyres\, various ditch and rope hauls and other water and land challenges! \nOur obstacles are designed to be “doable” by almost everyone but if you are not comfortable to do any obstacle then you will not be obliged to do so. \nWe are continually making improvements so expect some great fun with more new obstacles at our next event in March 2020! \n \nWatch the event video HERE \n \n★★★★★ \n“Just back to Cork after completing my first ever runamuck .
