DESCRIPTION:The elite category known as the “7 Steps ” covers a distance of 65km comprising of Running\, Kayaking and Cycling. \nAs athletes safety and enjoyment is top of our priority\, please be aware the 7 Steps is tough and challenging and best suited to someone who is an active adventure racer. \nThe “5 Steps” is a shorter 45km course of Running\, Kayaking and Cycling.\nThe “3 Steps” is a Duathalon event of 25km run and cycle course.\nYou can also take the 1st step towards adventure racing by doing the 15km walk/run which forms part of the 3 step route.
