DESCRIPTION:The Blackstairs Adventure Race has 4 events. The “7 Steps” covers a distance of 65km comprising of Running\, Kayaking and Cycling. \nAs athletes safety and enjoyment is top of our priority\, so please be aware the 7 Steps is tough and challenging and best suited to someone who is an active adventure racer. \nThe “5 Steps” is a shorter 45km course of Running\, Kayaking and Cycling. The “3 Steps” is a Duathlon event of 25km run and cycle course.
