DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce that our annual Ashbourne St Andrew’s Athletics Club 2K\, 5K and 10K Road Race is now open for registration. \nThe races take place on Sunday 28th April 2019 (10:30 and 11 am starts) \n3 Options to suit all ages & fitness levels:\n2K for under 12’s (starts 10:30am) \n5K for over 12’s (starts 11am) \n10K for over 18’s (starts 11am) \n  \nMedals for all finishers and spot prizes on the day. Starts at Donaghmore Ashbourne GAA Club. Athletics Ireland licenced event and chip timed. Everybody welcome as the emphasis is on a fun day out in a friendly and safe environment. \nThere are a few inclines and declines on the course but nothing too severe! The 10K course consists of 2 loops of the 5K course. DESCRIPTION:Head off to the Jungle where you can run RAMPAGE across one of Ireland’s coolest obstacle adventure races. \n27th – 28th April 2019 will see us host our third “Rampage Weekender” event. Gut busting and unique obstacles\, lashings of mud\, a fantastic and picturesque location\, followed by an awesome after party and camping. \nThis year’s promises to be bigger and better. We will host the Adult Rampage Run on Saturday 27th April 2019. Many of last years gut busting obstacles will see a return this year\, including the infamous Giant Water Slide\, the challenging Sleive Gallion\, the refreshing Placid Ponds\, the Insane-A-Frame and many other favourites. We will also add a few new surprises to this year’s obstacle line-up\, with more than 60 obstacles planned for 2019!! \nWith lots of adventure style mud runs all across Ireland we are conscious that we need to offer something a little different to stand out from the crowd. We have therefore made our run more than a run and turned it into a weekend getaway that begins with an exhilarating and challenging 5k or 10k adventure run loaded with quality obstacles\, followed by some hot food\, live music and a themed after party where you can rest your tired muscles and unwind with your fellow competitors and friends while enjoying the entertainment well into the night and best of all…. camping! Everybody loves camping! (Over 18’s only for camping)

DESCRIPTION:The Good Run is a charity fun run taking place on Good Friday\, 19 April 2019 in the stunning grounds of St. Anne’s Park\, Raheny in Dublin. \nAll proceeds raised from the event will go towards supporting the fight against Motor Neurone Disease. You can choose to run either the 5km or the shorter 2.5km option. \n50% of proceeds will be donated to the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) and50% will be donated to Project MinE (a research programme dedicated to discovering the genetic cause of MND to enable treatment to be developed). \nWalkers\, runners and families are invited to take part and join in the fun while taking in the atmosphere of St Anne’s Park. \nOver €68\,000 has been raised by The Good Run to date thanks to your support!
