It offers an idyllic location for a self-timed run whether you’re an amateur runner or a pro.Bring along the whole herd and enjoy some festive fun for all the family. Spaces are available in the 10K and 5K fun runs and there’s a 1K Saunter\, perfect for the little ones. \nThis year’s race in Marlay House for the RNLI Reindeer Runs will take place at the lower end of the at the College Road entrance for your ease and comfort once more this year. This is the same location as the run in 2016 .We will have signs in place but we ask that you first use the College Road car park and when this is full to use the Grange Road car park. Please note that we are expecting the College Road car park to fill up very quickly and it is a 1km walk from the Grange Road car park to the registration/starting point. This is not a chipped race but the course has been measured and will take in forest trails and park paths along the scenic route. \nRace Times1K Santa Saunter starts at 11am Registration 10.30am10K run starts at 11am Registration 10am-10.45am5K run starts at 12.00 noon Registration 11am-11.45am

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to SOUTH GALWAY AC’s\, 7th annual BDN 10k. \n12.30: Race starts at Ballinderreen village (approx 5 mins walk from the community centre). \n10.00-12.00: Race Number pick up for online registrations (€20)\, & Day Registrations (€23)\, at Ballinderreen Community Center (Car parking close by in the GAA pitch). \nWater station close to the 5k mark.\nThe race finishes a the community center\, with refreshments and snacks. \nCourse is certified measured by AAI and CHIP TIMED.\nPrizes for various categories.\nToilets available at the community centre and GAA grounds. \nJuvenile 1k:\nA seperate childrens 1km race wlll take place on the day\, at the earlier time of 12.15.\nThis is open to ages 8 to 16 years old.\nRegistration for children on the day only\, so please arrive at 11.30 for 1k registration.
