Laois. \nChip timed by JustRuns Events – timing@justrunsevents.com \nThe 5k Route cuts through Emo Forest but also routes through the majestic Emo Court. \nThe 10k route is on a quiet country road cutting through Emo Forest and gives an excellent opportunity for a good run. \nThere will also be a club team event in the 10k \nThe first 4 athletes (male or female) finishing for a club will win \nThe ‘Bill Devereaux Perpetual Trophy’ \n5k and 10k start at 1800hrs sharp \nCash Prizes for 1st\, 2nd & 3rd  Female & Male in both the 5K & 10K Race. \nCar park available at the Emo Community Centre. \nRegister Now CLICK HERE
