DESCRIPTION:The 7th annual Run for Boylo will take on Sunday 28th April 2019 in Foxford\, Co. Mayo. This is both a 10km and 5km run/walk event. The race will be chipped timed and there will also be cash prizes for the 10km event.Registration at Foxford Sports and Leisure Centre from 9am-11:30 with all races starting at 12. \nThis event is going from strength to strength and draws big numbers each year. SUMMARY:Ashbourne St Andrews A.C. 2K\, 5K and 10K Road Race
DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce that our annual Ashbourne St Andrew’s Athletics Club 2K\, 5K and 10K Road Race is now open for registration. \nThe races take place on Sunday 28th April 2019 (10:30 and 11 am starts) \n3 Options to suit all ages & fitness levels:\n2K for under 12’s (starts 10:30am) \n5K for over 12’s (starts 11am) \n10K for over 18’s (starts 11am) \n  \nMedals for all finishers and spot prizes on the day. Starts at Donaghmore Ashbourne GAA Club. Athletics Ireland licenced event and chip timed. Everybody welcome as the emphasis is on a fun day out in a friendly and safe environment. \nThere are a few inclines and declines on the course but nothing too severe! The 10K course consists of 2 loops of the 5K course. In 2012 a Guinness world record was broken in retro running! Individually people have consistently got PB’s. \nIn 2016: Half marathon 68% PB’ed and 10km 70% PB’ed.                   Wexford has PB potential \nLast year 1\,900 people enjoyed the scenic and fast course. Half marathon also has pacers catering for 1.30/ 1.45 / 2hrs. \nWexford has proven itself a must do race for quality\, friendliness and atmosphere. DESCRIPTION:The Night Run is back for 2019! \nWe will be running through the streets of Dublin City Centre once again on Sunday 28th April at 9pm. \nRunners of all abilities and ages are welcome to take part in Night Run Dublin 10K 2019\, and every participant will receive a reflective premium technical race top to wear on the night\, as well as a goodie bag and finisher’s medal. \nWe are delighted to announce that the Sean Cox Rehabilitation Trust will be this year’s Official Charity Partner. Sean Cox sustained serious and life altering injuries in 2018 while attending a football game in Liverpool. Sean himself participated in last year’s event just days before flying to Liverpool. \n€5 of your entry will go straight to the Sean Cox Rehabilitation Trust. You can also donate on Sean’s Gofundme page here \nSanctioned by Athletics Ireland\, the race is chip-timed\, allowing returning runners to benchmark their performance on previous years\, and new participants to record their progress. \nWith great scenery\, fantastic atmosphere and a truly memorable experience\, it’s no wonder thousands have crossed our start line! This is one not to be missed!
