DESCRIPTION:The Malahide Castle 10km takes place in the historical grounds of Malahide Castle in Dublin on Sunday 21st July.  The 10km route will consist of path\, trail and grass.  This is the 10th year of this popular 10k and is expected to sell out. The event is once again supported by Jump Juice who will be onsite with their usual goodies. \n\nRace entry for 2024 is €25 plus booking fee and includes technical race t-shirt\, water station at 5km point\, chip timing\, bib number as well as treats and refreshments at the finish line. \nRace entry is limited to 500 participants. \n\n  \nRegister Now CLICK HERE \n

DESCRIPTION:Galblly 5 Mile and 5K – Sunday 21st July 2024 @ 11am. \nThe Galbally 5 Mile and 5K events\, based in the heart of Tyrone\, Is one of the highlights in the road racing calendar with over 500 participants and growing year on year. \nThe run begins and ends at Galbally Community Centre\, where runners and walkers are treated to some of the famous hospitality and live entertainment that this event has become renowned for. \nBoth courses have rolling hills which means some climbs mixed with some extremely fast downhill sections. \nThere is also excellent prize money across genders\, Age groups and bonus for the course records\, with a total prize fund of £1500+. \nThe current holders of the 5 Mile course records are; \nPeter Somba (Dunboyne AC) – 24.51 \nKerry O’Flaherty (Newcaste and District AC) – 28:58 \nThe event also attracts a large number of families and walkers\, creating a carnival atmosphere at the finish line where pizza and beers await! \nEvent details & schedule \n·        Both 5 Mile and 5K Race are chipped and timed. \n·        The 5 mile race will start at 11.00am and the 5K will start at 11.05am on Sunday 21st July at Galbally Community Centre (36 Lurgylea Rd\, Galbally\, Dungannon\, Co.
