DESCRIPTION:The 7th Annual Croí Night Run is back! Due to current social distancing guidelines\, the event will remain virtual for 2021\, but we hope you will join us and run\, walk or jog 5km in your own local area in aid of Croí. \nDate: Friday\, October 8th\nLocation: Virtual Event!\nTime: Take part at any time on the day\nCost: Adult entry: €25 | Youth entry (13-18 yr olds): €15 | 12 and under: FREE | Team entry available\nRegistration: Register now \nSee our FAQs \nYou can take part individually or register as a team with your family\, friends or co-workers! Each participant will receive a special\, reflective Croí Night Run long-sleeve running top\, downloadable race number and a limited-edition Night Run “blinky heart” to wear on the day. Our media partner\, iRadio\, will also be joining us live on the day to keep you moving with great music and entertainment! \nWith thanks to our new sponsor\, Irish Life Health\, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to supporting Croí services. People living with heart disease and stroke need our help now more than ever before\, so we ask you to please join us from near or far and help us fight heart disease and stroke together! \nTo get you ready for the event\, the Croí Health Team have developed a Night Run Training plan to help get you across the finish line by gradually building up your fitness week by week! \nWe encourage all participants to take photos and videos on the night and share them with us on social media by tagging us @CroiHeartStroke and using the hashtag #CroiNightRun! \n
