All the mud – Half the distance.\nFor the second time in Ireland\, those intimidated by the full course will again have the opportunity to take on a Half Mudder course with 5 miles to cover 13 obstacles to get through there’s no time like the present to get off the fence and jump in regardless of fitness. \nObstacles such as the Blockness Monster\, Berlin Walls\, Everest\, Pyramid Scheme\, Kiss of Mud and Mud Mile are all on the Half course\, making it as exciting and exhilerating as the full event just shorter and accessible for more people with all the mud and half the distance. \nAs Tough Mudder is a team-centric event focused on camaraderie over course time\, most Mudders choose to recruit a team to make event day more fun and help them through the obstacles. DESCRIPTION:  \nWhether you want to be a Kick Ass (Expert)\, Bad Ass (Sport) or Mini Ass this race has everything!!\n  \nKayak though the crannogs of King Malachy on Lough Ennell\, Cycle through the splendour of the bog of Allen and run\, stumble\, hike\, climb\, over the extinct volcano that is Croghan Hill to one of Ireland’s greatest view points. \nThe whole event is based from Lilliput Adventure Centre where there will be Free Camping Facilities\, Free Parking Facilities\, Free Showering Facilities and Dining Facilities.  This course is ideal for 1st time adventure racers as\, while it is demanding & challenging the bike section is relatively flat. \nThe race will have wave starts approx every 30 minutes rated on ability & numbers. \nEntry Fee Includes: \n\nLilliput Legend T-Shirt ( you will really want to wear this one)\nGoody Bag\nCourse Map\, Race Number\, Hot meal\nDrink & Food stations (recommended that you are self sufficient)\nComplimentary Camping and Showers\nComplimentary Parking\nFully Supervised Transition Areas\nFully marshaled routes for your safety along with the backup of The Order of Malta & The Civil Defence on the more remote sections of the Legend\nFree post event massage for those weary limbs

SUMMARY:Punchestown 5k/10k Run in aid of the Michael Mullan Cancer Fund
DESCRIPTION:We are organising a 5k/10k Fun Run in Punchestown Racecourse on Sat. July 21st at 11am. All proceeds go to the Michael Mullan Cancer Fund. \nMichael (Mick) is 26 years old from Eadestown Co. Kildare and is battling cancer for the third time. Michael is currently undergoing treatment in Boston as there is no treatment options available for him in Ireland. We have organised this run to raise much needed funds to help cover his medical expenses. It is €15 for the 5k run\, and €20 for the 10k run. SUMMARY:Blayney Rockets 10 Mile Road Race 2018
DESCRIPTION:This 10 mile road race is on a scenic loop course a round Lough Muckno\, Castleblayney. This event is\nin its fifth year and has grown significantly since starting due to the appeal of the course and the\nquality of the overall event. It is a predominantly flat course with just a few short hills and will\nappeal to competitive runners and leisure runners. It is an accurately measured and certified course\nand is an AAI sanctioned event. A fun event for all participants and lots of prizes and surprises is the\norder of the day!\nEvent details and schedule\nThe race will start at 11am. Registration will be open on the morning of the race from 9am until\n10:30am. Registration will take place at St Marys Park\, (Castleblayney Faughs GAA grounds)\,\nCastleblayney\, on the Dublin Road out of town. Parking will be available at the grounds and at the\nneighbouring school. Further ample parking is available close by in the town centre close to the race\nstart.\nShowers and changing facilities will be available at the race finish.\nRefreshments will be served to all participants at the end of the race. There will be cash prizes and\ntrophies for the 1st three male and female finishers and trophies for the category winners for all age\ngroups. Presentation of prizes will take place at approx 1pm.\nEarly bird entry cost is €15 until midnight on 17th June. Entry costs from 18th June until close of\npre-entry at 11pm on Thursday 19th July is €20. Entries will be taken on the day of the race at a cost\nof €25\, however we cannot guarantee a race t-shirt for participants if entering on the day. Note that\nwe can only guarantee your correct t-shirt size for entries received by Wednesday 11th July.
