Name is Cathal Daly. Orginally from Mayfield, Cork. Mayfield is famous for producing one great footballer – Roy Keane and one great chipper -Looneys. Moved to Charleville with my wife a number of years ago.
Charleville is famous for producing cheese and being home to a active and varied sporting tradition. Rossi’s chipper and Brudairs cafe are pretty good too!!!
Started this blog to see a) if I could set up a blog and b) see I could get under that magical goal of a sub 3.30 marathon in Dublin 2012. I am your typical regular runner -not too fast and not too skinny. The blog is still pretty rough so all comments and advice on blogging and running would be welcome.
