The run will start promptly at 11.00am.
All postal and online entries can collect their race number from St. Laurences National School, Crookstown, Co. Kildare on Friday 6th November from 6.30pm to 9.00pm.
Numbers can also be collected at the start line from 8.30am to 10.00am on the day.
ID required by all.

Directions to the Start Line:
The 10k Crookstown Motorway Run will start from the junction of the N9 Kilcullen to Carlow Road and the M9 Carlow bypass (The Northern end of the Carlow Bypass Motorway).

>From Dublin:
Travel Southbound on the N7 Naas Road from the Red Cow. Exit onto the M9 at Exit 11 signposted Waterford/Kilcullen/Carlow (2nd exit after the ball at Naas – 32.2km from red cow). Continue on this road (M9/N9) all the way through Castledermot and until you come to a roundabout (Junction of new Motorway – 66.5km from Red Cow). Continue straight through the roundabout (2nd exit) and under the new motorway bridge. At the second roundabout take the 2nd exit up the new motorway ramp following signs for the ’10k Run’.

>From the South
Travel on the N9 Northbound to the M9 Carlow Bypass. Continue on the M9 Carlow Bypass until it ends. At roundabout take the 2nd exit up the new motorway ramp following signs for the ’10k Run’.

>From the West:
Travel on N7 or N8 to PortLaoise. Exit N7 at PortLaoise and continue on R445 (signposted PortLaoise). In PortLaoise continue onto the N80 signposted Dublin Continue on N80 following signposts for Carlow. At Dr Cullen Roundabout in Carlow continue onto R448 signposted Dublin. Arrive at new M9 Motorway interchange – follow signs off roundabout for ’10k Run’.
