St Patricks Day Duathlon - 17/03/2013 Annyalla NS, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan. 2.5 K run - 20 K Cycle - 2.5K run

TRUAGH LADIES ARE HOLDING A 10K RUN or 5K FUN RUN/WALK THIS SUNDAY 4th NOVEMBER .

Registration opens at 11.30am & Run starts at 2pm.

Registration takes place at St.Mellans Complex located between Emyvale & Auchnacloy.

Plenty of parking etc available .

Prize for 1st,2nd & 3rd place.

Monaghan Phoenix and Monaghan Credit Union present the Streets of Monaghan 5k which will take place on Friday 21st September at 7pm.  The race is 2 laps around Monaghan Town.  Registration in St Louis Convent, Monaghan from 5:30 with refreshments served afterwards
Cash prises for Junior, Senior and Master Categories
Also this year we are introducing a 2.5k Juvenile race.  This will be a single start event about 5 mins before the senior race with prizes for first 3 in u.12, u.14 and u.16.
Entry fee is €10 for 5k, and €3 for juvenile race

Donaghmoyne GFC are holding their first 5km fun run on Sunday 26th August at 1pm.
Registration takes place at 12.30pm at Donaghmoyne football grounds.
Donaghmoyne football grounds is located 5 mins outside Carrickmacross on the N2 road.
Entrance fee €10.
Changing and shower facilities are available.
Post race refreshments followed by Prize giving.
Be in with a chance to win All Ireland Hurling tickets.

The annual Clones Canal Festival 10k takes place on Saturday September 8th at 3pm. Online entry into the race is €10,also €10 on the day of the event. There are prizes for all catigories. Entry Fee Includes Race Number, Water Fruit, Chocolate Snack, BBQ Party, Finishers Medal and Shower Facilities (40 Showers)
 
This Road Race is A.A.I accredited and officially measured. Lovely course and a good one if you are aiming to improve your times.
Couch to 5k starts at 3.15
Online entry closes on Friday at midnight or you can register on Saturday between 12.30 and 2.30 at St Tiernach's GAA field.
Refreshments will be served here after the race.
