The 13th Docklands Run to aid the Schools Social Regeneration Initiative, in 2011 the event raise €10,000. The target for 2012 is 20,000, €4 from each entry will go direct to local children.

The Event will uses the original 8km flat course along the south and north banks of the Liffey.
The course is AAI approved at 8km and the start time is 7:45pm on Tuesday the 22st of June.

Enjoy an after work run, on closed roads in Dublin city centre. Followed by a post run entertainment.

Brief outline of course; Starting in Grand Canal Dock, you will run through Ringsend out to Pigeon House Road, across the Liffey at the East link bridge passing the point (O2) and run up to the Custom house, where you will cross the liffey again and straight back to Grand Canal Quay.

Start and finish are in Grand Canal Square and the course takes you along the south and north banks of the Liffey, over the Samuel Becket bridge and Sean O’Casey bridges. You run past the Point, the new Convention center, the CHQ making it the most iconic run in Dublin.
The course is AAI approved at 5km and the start time is 7:45pm on Tuesday the 22nd of May.

Challenge your colleagues to an After-Work Run :)

This event is held on closed roads in Dublin city centre. Followed by a post run entertainment in Grand Canal Square. Why not follow the event with a post race meal and drink. Note: last years event sold out in 5 weeks.

Ballycomoyle GAA Club are holding a 5km road race/fun run/family event on Saturday 2nd June 2012 starting at 12 noon and will be based out of the beautiful, historic village of Fore, Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath. With the Ancient backdrop of Fore Abbey in close proximity a flat start followed by a gentle rise will see the competitors having a very scenic descent back to the finish in Fore Village. The circuit will use most of what orginally was used for the famous Fore Motorcycle Races. Further information regarding entry can be obtained by contacting (087) 2264205- Ray. Gorgeous Gort 4 Mile Road Race  .
South Galway AC invites you to take part in the inaugural GORGEOUS GORT 4 MILE road race on Sunday, 19th February 2012 at 1:30PM.  
The course is a four mile loop starting and finishing around the picturesque town of Gort. The race is AI permitted and Jones Counter measured.  
Prizes for first three senior male and female, first male and female O40/50/60, first junior male and female. 
Funds raised from the race will be used to develop South Galway AC. Cost of entry is €15. Entry on www.runireland.com or on race day in the Gort Community Centre between 12.00pm and 1.15pm. 
Gort Community Centre is located at the top of the town on the left-hand side as you are travelling on the old N18 on the way to Limerick.
