Log on to www.familyfitnessfestival.ie for information on a Fun Day Sunday - July 4th at Farmleigh, Phoenix Park. Join Sonia O’Sullivan and her children in the Mile Family Challenge - a FREE to enter event. (Please note - you must register online to take part in this event - see website.

The afternoon programme for children includes:
• Danone Big Toddle from Barnados
• A fun dash for under 5’s
• Little Athletics - Running, Jumping and Throwing Challenges and Agility Tests for 5 to 10 year olds.
• There are suitable Little Athletics Activities too for children 10 to 14 years.

Adventure Run - Fun Orienteering event suitable for all the family - opportunity to explore the Farmleigh Estate - (maps supplied).

American 4th of July theme will be included in Festival - Demonstration of American Football, American Choirs will also attend.

Farmers’ Markets - these will be open on July 4th.
